Thanksgiving part 2

After Black Friday shopping we headed over to Nana & PaPa's house for my family Thanksgiving. The kids had a pretty fun time together & the food was uh-mazing as usual! We only got pics of the kiddos.. not very many pics this year, sorry!

Thanksgiving part 1

Thanksgiving day we woke up & of course watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade :D 

We made pancakes for breakfast & Kinley got this cool turkey ;) We just put the mixture in a cheap ketchup bottle (like the ketchup/mustard sets) which makes it super easy to make any designs you want!

About 2pm we loaded up & headed over to Jeffrey's family Thanksgiving. It was very good to see everyone especially Michelle & Patrick who live in Denver~we only get to see them maybe twice a year. 

We fried up some turkey- YUM- & had dinner about 5pm.

And these little beauties have never played with each other before! Ally is Sara & Brandon's newest addition. I think she is 2 months behind Presley. Cutie!

Presley is 9 months!

On Monday Presley turned 9 months old! I wanted to wait until her check up (which was today) to post this so I could add her weight & height.  I can't believe she is already this old & we are planning her first birthday!! Time seemed to crawl with Kinley during the first year but it's much different with 2 kids & always on the go, etc. It's just flown by entirely too fast for me. 

Here are some of her big girl accomplishments:

• She now has a vocabulary of 4 words: "Mama, Dada, Nana & Byebye"
• She loves clapping & waving byebye
• She LOVES playing with her big sis! Kinley can make her laugh like no one else!
• Eating 3 solids a day along with a 6 oz  bottle at each feeding. I think her favorite meal has been turkey & sweet potatoes (she takes after her mama)!
• We just had to lower the crib all the way to the lowest setting (hence the reason she is not in the crib for pictures now)- we have ourselves a monkey!
• She now has 2 teeth & you would've never known it as far as being fussy. 
• Clothes size: 6-9 months or 9 months in PJs. 
• Diaper size: Just opened first pack of 3's
• Weight: 17lbs 9oz (33%)
• Height: 29in (90%)
• She is pulling up on EVERYTHING.. there is no letting her out of your sight AT ALL! She does not like to sit down - she must be crawling everywhere or pulling up on something to say "LOOK AT ME"!!
• Normally sleeps from 7pm-7am but there are occasional nights that she wakes up needing to eat.
• She really is a GREAT baby & only cries if she is hungry or sleepy- whines if she wants to be held. But overall she is the happiest little thing.. I am so thankful every day for that!

Pumpkin Patch

Late posting these, sorry :)

The Pumpkin Patch we go to was lacking in the photo op department this year. We still got some great shots but last years set ups were much cuter! But, they still had a million pumpkins so that was great! We stopped by another local one before this one & it was totally wiped out.

They were in the sun so Presley was squinting a lot!

Travis Tritt

After we got home from Rylie's birthday party in Houston, we got ready to go see Travis Tritt at the Hog Creek Icehouse! I was SO excited.. I love most all the old country singers - him being one of my favorites & Jeffrey's too. 

Before the show we were lucky enough to meet Travis! The radio station took a picture of us but I have yet to receive that! It's suppose to be emailed to me so when I get it, I shall share :D

Oh yea, did I mention it was FREEZING COLD? My feet were numb by the end of the night :/

 He rocked it out & I would go see him again in a HEARTBEAT!

At the end of the show I got myself a pick, a towel he used & the song list ;) Jeffrey & I were talking as people were clearing out & the next thing I knew a drumstick landed on my foot. Had I realized the drummer was throwing it out I would've been ready & waitin but I got tackled by another chick who saw it comin! Oh well!
